Hi I was wondering whether any of you could help me. I am trying to get the number of eco tips on my site up to 400 from 200 by the end of the year and I was wondering whether anyone has any tips that may not be on my site already. the site is Stop Climate change, do your bit! | Campaign Green (http://www.campaign-green.co.uk). Any input would be helpful and your name or TER screen name or whatever you want put next to it can be put beside your tip.

Thanks in advance

Go to all self installed solar electric power and disconnect from the grid!!!!
I did 11 years ago, and I broke even 6 years ago and love independence.:smile:

here's a simple and unconventional tip - spread the news about eco-friendly living; the more ppl know about it, the better it is for the planet :p

Not unconventional, and less simple than it seems. I've been spreading the word on overpopulation since 1967. I've been spreading the word on alternative power and Earthship/strawbale independent homes since 1993. Yet we are still far in the minority as the rest of society blithely goes like sheep toward calamities and disasters. Doing too little, too late, and casually allowing invasion which is making it all worse. Too few willing to fight, too few willing to sacrifice, too few willing to do the hard work of gaining independent living, and too few smart enough to see ahead the consequences of their actions, or lack of actions. Yet, spreading the word is about all we can do, after going to a eco-moral way of living ourselves. I have found the vast majority is just too stupid to comprehend sustainability, and live it.
