There is a research expedition heading up the coast of BC to look for deep water corals. They have submarines and scientits and they'll be diving
in about 6 different places over the next 2 weeks. Here's a link to their first video. Pretty compelling stuff:

I had done snorkeling, and have this experience of seeing corals of different colors, and shapes. they looks beautiful.
